Timothy Campbell, President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO of HighJump Software and member of the company's board, Timothy Campbell leads the HighJump management team in setting and executing upon the strategic direction for the organization. As HighJump aggressively expands its product portfolio and worldwide business both organically and through acquisition, Mr. Campbell brings to the organization over 20 years of expertise in the software industry and a wealth of experience in software business management and executive leadership. Mr. Campbell joined HighJump from Symyx Software, the software division of Symyx Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMMX), where he held the position of president and grew the company rapidly to over $100 million. This growth included the successful acquisition and integration of MDL Information Systems which, when combined with Symyx Software, resulted in the market-leading cheminformatics technology provider serving life sciences, chemicals and energy. Mr. Campbell’s tenure also includes chief executive positions at Steelwedge Software, a provider of supply chain planning software, Industri-Matematik International, a provider of supply chain execution solutions, and ePIT Systems Inc., an enterprise software provider of trading infrastructure for regulated exchanges and investment banks. |

Patrick Spangler, Chief Financial Officer
Patrick Spangler oversees the finance, administration, legal and human resource operations at HighJump Software. Mr. Spangler's experience with global operations, mergers and acquisitions, boards of directors, private equity ownership, financing alternatives, public company requirements and overall business leadership supports the execution of HighJump's growth strategy to establish leadership positions in specific supply chain software categories. Mr. Spangler previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ev3 Inc. (Nasdaq: EVVV), a leading medical technology provider. Mr. Spangler also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at EMPI Inc., a distributor of medical device products. Prior to joining EMPI Inc. Mr. Spangler held several senior management positions at Medtronic, Inc. Mr. Spangler holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. |

Chad Collins, Vice President of Marketing and Strategy
Chad Collins leads HighJump Software’s global strategy and marketing initiatives. He joined the company in 2002 and has more than 12 years of experience using technology to deliver innovative supply chain solutions. Prior to HighJump Software, he was in the supply chain practice of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young Consulting, where he managed supply chain technology projects for the world's leading manufacturers. Mr. Collins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering from Marquette University and an MBA in supply chain management from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. |

Joe McManus, Vice President of Sales
Joe McManus is responsible for sales of HighJump solutions on a worldwide basis. He joined HighJump Software in 2002 and drove significant company growth as a Regional Sales Manager and later Sales Director. Mr. McManus has more than 15 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, including ERP, CRM and supply chain execution sales and business planning. His ability to lead companies to understand the role of software in managing complex business and operational processes has helped him develop exceptional customer relationships during his career. Mr. McManus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration/marketing from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton. |

Mark Aument, Vice President of Operations Mark Aument oversees the worldwide professional services and customer support organization for HighJump Software. He joined the company in 2005 with extensive experience on both the customer and vendor side of the supply chain execution industry. One of his earliest roles involved leading logistics projects for a European furniture manufacturer. These projects included developing new distribution channels for product sourcing as well as building several new distribution centers across the U.S., Canada and Europe. Mr. Aument also enjoyed time as a consulting manager for Industri Matematik International (IMI), where he led the implementation of order management solutions for Oracle consumer packaged goods customers while managing the Eastern regional consulting group. After IMI, he became the VP of Professional Services for a competing WMS company. Mr. Aument holds an Economics degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. |

Chris Varney, Vice President, Delivery Division
Chris Varney defines the strategy and oversees operations that deliver compelling route accounting and delivery management solutions to customers in the beer, soft drink, wine, spirits, bakery, and dairy industries. Mr. Varney joined HighJump Software in 2006 through the acquisition of Global Beverage Group (GBG). During his six years of experience at GBG as Vice President of Operations, Mr. Varney facilitated the integration of nine acquisitions into GBG's operating framework. Prior to GBG, Mr. Varney held management positions at Descartes Systems Group, Coca-Cola Bottling and Molson Breweries. Mr. Varney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. |

Matt Ouska, Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Matt Ouska oversees HighJump Software's financial strategy, planning, and financial operations. Mr. Ouska joined HighJump Software in 2004. During his time as Controller, he led the successful financial integration of the acquisitions of Pinnacle Distribution Concepts and Global Beverage Group resulting in significant process synergies and cost savings for HighJump. Prior to joining HighJump Software, Mr. Ouska spent three years with Retek and two years at KPMG working with clients in the software and high tech industry. Mr. Ouska holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. |

Dan Radunz, Vice President of Product Development
Dan Radunz oversees HighJump Software's worldwide product development group and technology operations supporting HighJump's entire source to consumption software portfolio. He joined the company most recently in 2009 but worked as a member of HighJump’s product development group for more than 13 years, from 1995 to 2008, and has more than 20 years of experience using technology to deliver innovative software solutions. Just prior to rejoining HighJump Software in 2009, he was the vice president of Network Operations Center for Wireless Ronin Technologies where he managed Wireless Ronin’s 24x7 support group and data center. Mr. Radunz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an area of emphasis in management of information systems and a minor in computer science from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. |
